As such, tension and surprise will be added, as well as more meaningful choices. Relationships will also be revised, as they're currently not as engaging as the first game's afflictions. "The new system provides a much stronger and compelling link between expeditions, and is focused around an interesting hub through which you will increase your capabilities and unlock new items," reads the update. Since there's no skip turn or wait function in this game like there is in any other strategy game, I'm left to wonder what exactly I'm supposed to do. Whoever I send into that dungeon will die, and I'll lose money as well. So here's the deal: I can't get anyone from the stagecoach because I already have. Every failed venture drains money from my pool. I'd tag the dev if tagging was even an option on the Steam forums because it looks like my only option is to kill seven people in order to actually progress in the game. Their afflictions, be it masochism, fearful, or selfish, cause everyone else in the dungeon to freak out. Food consumption is raised to the point where every 2 rooms they have to stop for food. All of my heroes are either indisposed of in the tavern or abbey, or are too stressed out to make it even halfway through a dungeon. I'm gonna necro this thread just because I've run into a wall here.
